By requesting a quote or booking a project with Peak Drones, you agree that: (1) drone imagery documents visible conditions at the time of flight and does not constitute a professional engineering assessment, formal roof certification, insurance coverage determination, or a guarantee that defects have been identified; (2) flights are subject to FAA rules, airspace authorization, weather, site approval, and safety restrictions, and a requested date is not guaranteed; (3) for industrial projects, confidentiality arrangements, specific site access procedures, and client approval before footage is shared publicly will be handled in the project agreement; and (4) project media will be used in promotional materials only where permitted by that agreement and applicable site restrictions.

Deliverables, number of photographs, video resolution, editing, turnaround time, and pricing are established in the individual quote. If any term here conflicts with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls. Contact: [email protected].
